MR. GODFREY ALFRED MATHANDA: CHIEF EXECUTIVE PARTNER
(CEP)
Mr. Mathanda is the principal founder and senior partner of
Novellus Consulting Chartered Accountants having mooted the
idea of establishing
a consultancy in July 2003- a time he was still employed as
an accountant with a commercial bank.The firm took off as a
family venture but changed tack to pursue a more corporate outlook;
which trend continued as new partners joined as professional
practitioners.Godfrey has had deep experience in accounting,
beginning as a lecturer at a prominent commercial college. He
proceeded to work in a number of firms as accountant culminating
in holding the post of bank accountatnt. He furthered his studies
in accounting and finance, later attaining the Masters in Business
Administration. He topped this knowledge with professional qualifications
in forensic accounting among other studies.His attainments can
be summarised as presented below.

MR. CHAMUNORWA NGWENA: PARTNER OPERATIOS AND ADMINISTRATION
Mr Chamunorwa Ngwena is the Partner in Charge of Operations
and Administration. He coordinates the work of clients through
ensuring timely deployment of staff and coordination of client
work. He has had experience in accounting and finance lecturing
locally and abroad for 20 Years before he joined Novellus
as Partner. Chamunorwa has qualifications in teaching, Finance,
Accounting, as well as Public Finance. Currently he focuses
on taxation and liaises closely with stake-holders in tax
matters. Below are his attainments.

MR. JOHNSON NDUNA-COMPANY SECRETARY
Mr. Nduna is the Partner in charge of Company Secretarial
duties; which responsibility entails ensuring compliance with
expected corporate management and Administration issues. Johnson
is also responsible for preparation of project proposals in
various fields of business. He has had working experience
in the Public sector, Private and Non- Governmental sectors.
He maintains close contacts with developments in the Company
Registry office as well as Company Law issues at the same
time ensuring that corporate systems are updated for all clients.
Mr. Nduna has qualifications in Agriculture, Accounting, Finance,
Company Secretariateship and Administration at both academic
and professional levels. His attainments are listed below.

MR. EMMANUEL BADZA: PARTNER- IN-CHARGE-MASVINGO OFFICE
Mr. Emmanuel Badza is the Partner in Charge of the Masvingo
Office. He has had experience in the Public Sector, Non- Governmental
(NGO), and Academic Organisations.
His strength is rooted in Auditing and has a very strong academic
background where he has worked as Bursar and Chief Internal
Auditor. He fully understands systems development in finance
and accounting. He also worked in the Logistics Management
field. A Registered Public Accountant (Rpacc) Mr. Badza also
holds an MBA as well as professional qualifications in Forensic
Auditing and Public Accounting. Below is a summary of his

TAPIWA NYAKUCHENA (BRANCH MANAGER)
Mr. Nyakuchena runs the firm’s office in Bulawayo which
was established in 2014. He has managed to build a client
base in and around the city starting from a single business
unit. His portfolio now consists of a wide range of companies
which is made up of vibrant entrepreneurs. Tapiwa is an experienced
accountant who holds a degree from the NUST University.
